All linen, bath and hand towels are provided. A change of linen and towels are left for stays of more that 8 nights. A mid stay clean can be arranged for an extra 50 euros.

The apartment benefits from a shared pool in a gated garden. The apartment itself benefits from a private rear secure garden which has a charcoal BBQ and an extensively tiled patio area.

Beach:
Benalmadena Costa has many beaches with all the usual facilities and water sport activities. The nearest beach is 20 minutes walk.

Golf:
The apartment is built on the fringe of Torrequebrada Golf Course and is 5 minutes walk away. There are many other courses within a 1 hour drive.

Distances/Location/Travel:
Torrequebrada Golf Club 5 minutes walk. Mini Market and Bar/Restaurant 10 minutes walk. Malaga airport is 15 minutes drive. Arroyo de la Miel is 10 minutes by car as is the pretty village of Benalmadena Pueblo. The train station is in Arroyo de la Miel and goes to Fuengirola in one direction and Malaga City in the other direction stopping at Malaga Airport on the way. Mijas village and Fuengirola are about a 20 minutes drive from the apartment.
There is a regular bus service which stops directly outside the apartment block. The service takes you to Benalmadena Pueblo or to the coast road and through to Benalmadena marina. Once on the coast road, bus services travel to various destinations throughout the Costa del Sol.

Further Details:
Benalmadena has many attractions and beautiful safe beaches making it the ideal location for a family holiday with everything one could wish for. There are many activities to choose from. The award winning Marina with it's beautiful boats, shopping mall and restaurants , the fabulous Tivoli World Adventure Park, fun for kids and adults. From here Teleferico Cable Cars will take you by day up to the top of Mount Calamorro where you can watch an exhibition of Spanish dressage horses and see a demonstration of birds of prey or you can ride on a donkey. The town centre has a fantastic new sports centre with the first Ice Rink in Andalusia, it also houses a gym, fitness classes and indoor swimming pool.
Sea World Sea Life Centre is in the marina, Selwo Marine Park with it's Dolphinarium, Sea Lions and Penquins is opposite the beautifully landscaped Paloma Park which has children's play and picnic areas, a large lake and waterfall. Birds and rabbits roam free here and are a delight to all. There are 3 bars in the park where you can stop and take refreshment. Torrequebrada 5 star Hotel has a restaurant, spectacular shows and a casino. There are excellent shows at The Moonlight. For skiing, the Sierra Nevada mountains are just an hour and a half away.

Notes on accommodation:
This apartment has it's own private garden which is nicely tiled and landscaped and accessed from the dinning area. The sunny terrace faces the golf course. There are marble floors in the entrance hall, lounge/dinning room and bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms are tiled.

Prices are for the property per week in euros and on a maximum of 4 people including children. 10% discount given off the total rental price if two consecutive weeks are booked.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 25% of the total costs of the holiday is required with the full balance due 8 weeks before departure. A damage deposit of £100 is required which will be refunded upon return of the keys and confirmation of no damage or breakage.
