Pueblo Villa in Lovely Garden Setting on Oasis de Capistrano, 10 mins walk to Beach and Easy Access to Nerja Centre. Car not needed.

Villa with shared pools in a garden setting on Oasis de Capistrano. On-site bar/restaurant and boules courts. Hot/cold air conditioning. Ideally sited with easy access to beaches, the town and having a supermarket and bars/restaurants within walking distance.

Description of Accommodation and Community:
The property is southerly facing with views seaward and of the gardens from the terrace. To the east there is an old aqueduct beyond which is farmland. The Oasis is one of the Capistrano villages and is a small development of about 100 Pueblo style properties. Ideally sited with easy access to beaches, the town and having a supermarket and bars/restaurants within walking distance.

Accessibility:
The property will not be suitable for all people with disability problems as this is dependant on the type and severity of the disability. The shower is helpful as this is a walk-in cubicle in the second bathroom. The entrance however is approached by 2 short flights of steps comprising 19 individual steps in total.

Accommodation:

• Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedside cabinets, reading lamps, drawer unit, built-in wardrobe and wall mirror.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, bedside cabinets, reading lamps, drawer unit and built-in wardrobe.

• Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, shower, toilet and hand basin, vanity cabinet. Fully tiled.
There is a second bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and handbasin, vanity cabinet. Fully tiled.

• Kitchen: Oven grill and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. A generous supply of kitchen utensils, table china and cutlery.

• Living Rooms: The living room is a combined lounge with dining area. The dining table has seating for 4 but can accomodate 5. The lounge area has a generous 3/4 seater and there is a further wicker arm chair. TV and radio/CD player.

• Other: Both the lounge and the double bedroom have French doors leading to the terrace.

• Air Conditioning/Heating/Fans: Air conditioning, room fans

• Terrace: The terrace has a large parasol, table, chairs and loungers.

• Garden: The oasis gardens are extensive

• Pool: 2 swimming pools

Cleaning/Laundry:
Linen and towels are provided and are changed every week. The property is cleaned prior to entry and the client is responsible for maintaining it during their stay. Please note that beach towels are not provided.

Outside:
The oasis gardens are extensive and include 2 swimming pools, one children’s paddling pool and 2 boules courts. There is a restaurant close to the main pool which also acts as a bar and tables on the extensive terrace. The main swimming pool has a terracing surround used for loungers beyond which is a grassed area for sitting or lying on.

Upkeep of the gardens, building exteriors and security are the responsibility of the community council which is directly elected by the owners which decides the annual budget which among other matters pays the salaries of the gardens and security personal. An annual pool pass is required to access the pools and is placed in the property.

Shops, Restaurants, Bars:
Supermarket and bars/restaurants within walking distance.

Beach:
10 mins walk to Beach

Golf:
There are 2 18 hole golf courses within 30 mins drive. The nearest is close to Torre del Mar about 25 mins drive and the second is near Salobrena about 30 mins drive.

Other Activities:
Granada is closest but about 2 hours drive.

Distances/Location/Travel:
Nerja town centre about 1 mile by road. Local bus service picks up half hourly at Oasis entrance.Maro village and famous caves a little over 1 mile. Frigliana a picturesque white Andalucian village inland about 7 miles away. Competa another inland white village about 15 miles away. Coach trips are available to Ronda, Gibralter and Granada among destinations available.

Further Details:
Within walking distance there is a Supersol adjoining the tennis club which is opposite the Hotel Nerja Club and there is a mini Mercado adjoining the office of our agent in Capistrano village. The bar/restaurant Las Fuetes is situated at the entry to the Oasis and a little further towards is the Hotel/Restaurant Los Arcos. There are numerous restaurants along Burriana beach. The main Supersol is on the Western side of town across the Rio Cillar (usually dry) and in the town proper there are other supermarkets and mini mercados. In the area many of the brands with which people are familiar are available. With regard to restaurants there are choices to suit all tastes and pockets.

Notes on Accommodation:
The property is air conditioned which can also be used for heating purposes and there are separate movable space heating appliances. There are also moveable fans.
A cot or highchair can be supplied by our agent upon request and the property is safe for children.

Changeover Day:
Our normal changeover day is Saturday and in peak season it may not be possible to be flexible on this. In low season months it is
much easier for us to be flexible.

Notes on Prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. If a week falls between 2 charging periods the charge for that week is the charge for the period into which the major part of the week falls. Discounts are available for periods in excess of 2 weeks November to March inclusive.

Booking Notes:
No booking can be confirmed until a deposit of £50 per week booked is received but will be held pending receipt of such deposit. The balance due is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A returnable damage deposit of £100 is also required to be paid along with the balance.
