Spacious apartment in the prestigious Miraflores area of Riviera del Sol, Mijas Costa. The apartment has its own private terrace (including table, chairs and loungers) leading to a grassed area overlooking a communal pool (one of three) which is set in tropical gardens.

Description of Accommodation and Community:
Set close to Miraflores Golf Clubhouse in Riviera del Sol, this spacious two bedroom apartment with wonderful pool and sea views is easily accessible to Malaga International Airport, located on the coast midway between Marbella, which is famous for its shopping, beautiful beaches and nightlife and Fuengirola with its multitude of leisure activities. The accommodation offered is the garden apartment of this Andalusian style complex, set in landscaped gardens, benefiting from three large swimming pools with a resident lifeguard. The apartment has one double bedroom and one twin-bedroom, large family bathroom and open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, opening on to the terrace, with outside dining and sun-loungers, well-lit for dining al fresco – with direct access to one of the three swimming pools. The apartment is maintained to a very high standard and well equipped as a private home, offering full leisure equipment such as satellite TV, DVD, video and CD music system.

Accommodation:

• Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with large double bed.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. Both rooms benefit from built in wardrobes and plenty of clothes storage area. Each room is equipped with electric fans.

• Bathrooms: Family bathroom with bath/shower over with glass screen, WC, bidet and wash basin.

• Kitchen: Fully fitted modern kitchen with electric oven, hob, extractor, new fridge/freezer, automatic easy to use - washing machine, (no clothes dryer) microwave. Convenient dining area adjacent to kitchen in large open plan living room.

• Living Rooms: The living area, with seating for 4, is fully equipped with TV (with the main Sky channels such as Sky Movies 1 & 2, Sky Sports 1 & 2, Eurosport, Sky News, BBC1, ITV and many more), DVD/video recorder and CD/Tape/Radio unit.

• Other: The living area opens on to its own private terrace, overlooking one of the pools and with beautiful southerly sea view - a must for breakfast and al fresco dining!

• Terrace: The terrace, with outside dining and sun-loungers, well-lit for dining al fresco. There are extensive terraced areas, both paved and grassed for sunbathing around the complex.

The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival, and on a weekly basis. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

Private terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers, leading to grassed area overlooking communal pool set in tropical gardens. There are extensive terraced areas, both paved and grassed for sunbathing around the complex. The complex also benefits from a
further 2 swimming pools available to guests - fully equipped with showers, WCs, and full-time lifeguard.

Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops.

Beach:
Apart from the beautiful beach at Riviera there are numerous fine sandy beaches just a short drive away and any activity you could think of is catered for within a reasonable distance - even skiing!.
Just 500 metres from the complex is the Aztec Club – visitors are very welcome – they have tennis, gym, hair & beauty salon, physiotherapist, internet café, heated outdoor pool, mini-golf, restaurant and bar amongst the facilities on offer. They also have a booking service for excursions etc.

Golf:
For golfers, the Costa Del Sol is a paradise with more than 50 golf courses. The fantastic weather all year round, together with the excellent quality of the courses make it a most unique location for this sport. The apartment overlooks the Miraflores golf course to the rear.
The area of Miraflores is famous for its international golf courses, superb, sunny white beaches and buzzing fun and varied nightlife.

Other Activities:
The Sierra Nevada, a well-known skiing destination is only 2 hours by car, as is the famous town of Granada.

Distances/Location/Travel:
All that Marbella and Puerto Banus have to offer is only 10 miles away as is Fuengirola in the opposite direction. A 25-minute drive away is the wonderful white village of Mijas with its superb views and the cities of Gibraltar, Seville, Granada and Ronda are all within easy driving distance.

The property is within walking distance to some of the areas many facilities, restaurants, banks, supermarkets and array of other shops. Miraflores also has its own golf course, golf school, tennis club, lawn bowls and offers numerous other sports facilities close by, including the Aztec Country Club.
The picturesque Puerto Cabopino is just 10 minutes drive away where you will find a wonderful beach, exclusive marina, great restaurants and beach bars along with a huge choice of watersports.

Changeover Day:
Saturday changeovers are preferred but will try to accommodate especially out of season. We ask that you vacate the apartment at 10am on day of departure so we can get prepared for the next clients. It will be ready from 5pm onwards on arrival day.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Prices are stated in weekly rates although we can be flexible for long weekends and midweek arrivals out of peak season.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of £100 per week will secure the dates, with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A £150 security deposit is
required and will be returned within 7 days after your return home date.
