of accommodation and community:
One bedroom apartment with telephone-entry. Situated in the heart
of Fuengirola with only a minor narrow coast road between the
hotel and beautiful beaches. Many golf courses close by. Local
English speaking manager. Ample lifts. Bedding and linen and towels
provided. Area flat - easy for elderly, wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Car unnecessary - however, if required 24 hour secure and
part covered pay parking in Port opposite. Surrounded by cafes,
bars, restaurants (approx 200 on your doorstep), supermarket within
200m and shops. A short walk to almost every amenity. Very low
cost connection airport to resort. If you take the train it is
only 350m walk to the Las Palmeras Complex from the train station.

American style kitchenette: microwave, 2-ring hob, full oven/grill,
refrigerator, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, cutlery, crockery
and glasses etc.

Rooms: Lounge/dining area: fully furnished to include dining table
and chairs, armchair, large coffee table, two single sofa beds,
Sky TV (with most UK channels and more!), DVD Player.
Air
Conditioning/Heating/Fans: Central heating, air conditioning.
Terrace:
Large balcony with patio furniture.
Pool:
Shared pool.
Cleaning/laundry:
Bedding and bedlinen and towels are included. The apartment is
cleaned at the beginning and end of the stay. Extra maid service
is available for a small charge.

Balcony: large balcony with patio furniture and mountain and harbour
views. Large unheated shared pool with self-serve snacks kiosk.

Surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants (approx 200 on your doorstep),
shops and supermarket within 200m.
Beach:
The beach is approximately 100 metres from the apartment entrance.
The beautiful Fuengirola beach is 7km long with a wide flat promenade
along most of it's length. There are many beachside restaurants
offering a variety of cuisines including outdoor bar-b-qued seafood.
Parasols, sunbeds and the usual beach furniture are readily available
for hire.
Golf:
There are many fine golf courses within easy driving distance.
Distances/Location/Travel:
The nearest airport is Malaga International.
Very low cost connection airport to resort.
Train: approx 40 mins about £1.25 single
Taxi: approx 20 mins about £20 per taxi each way (approx
£5 per person for a party of 4).
If you take the train it is only 350 m walk to the Las Palmeras
Complex from the train station.
Car use or hire is not essential unless you want to travel inland
and even then you may wish to take advantage of the numerous escorted
coach tours available.
Further
Details:
There are many places of interest. Locally you may care to visit
the quaint ancient town of Mijas, the renowned Zoo in Fuengirola,
the new Marina at Benalmadena or Tivoli World (mini Disneyworld)
with it's cable car and wonderful mountain top view.
Further afield there is the city of Malaga with it's shops and
museums, the pretty seaside town of Nerja with it's famous caves,
the picturesque ancient mountain town of Ronda, and then, of course,
there is the Rock of Gibraltar. These and many other destinations
are readily accessable by public transport or you may care to
take a conducted coach tour.

We offer any day to any day & any length of stay.
Occupy apartment: 5pm (luggage may be left inside the apartment
after 12.00 midday). Vacate apartment: 12.00 midday.

Go any day to any day and any length of stay (minimum rental payment
5 nights). Book any number of nights and only pay for the nights
you stay - the nightly rate is simply the weekly rate divided
by 7.
Booking
Notes:
50% rent deposit on booking. Rent balance plus security deposit
due 3 calendar months before booking start date.
Provided there are no losses, breakages, damage or outstanding
payments your security deposit will be returned to you within
1 calendar month from date of vacation of apartment. All rent
payments are non-refundable.
