and 3rd have twin beds, en-suite. Annex bedroom with en-suite.

3 en-suite, Master en-suite has TV, video, doors to terrace, jacuzzi
bath and separate shower, guest toilet, Annex en-suite shower room.
• Kitchen:
Hob, oven, microwave, american fridge freezer, dishwasher and breakfast
area.

Washing machine, tumble dryer.
• Living Rooms:
4 sofas, Digital Sat TV, DVD, video, built in bar with fridge, fireplace.
Study/TV room with double sofa-bed and doors onto a private terrace

Maid service and change of linen and towels are provided weekly.

en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower, TV/video and
doors onto the terrace; Two twin bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom;

Booking Notes:
A damages deposit of £500 is taken and refunded after your return,
normally within 7 - 10 days of your departure from the villa, after
taking into account any breakages or damage.
NB - Electricity:
An amount of euros 30 (approximately £20) per week is included
in the above prices. Extra usage is to be paid for, in local currency,
upon departure from the villa, however, this should be more than enough
for normal usage.
