Sleeps 4. 1 bedroom first floor apartment. Terrace from bedroom and lounge overlooks the gardens and pool and has views of the beach, coastline and mountains. The town centre of La Cala de Mijas is a 15 minute stroll along the beach front or a few minutes drive. La Cala town is very flat with golden sandy beaches and mountains behind making it perfect for all.
An attractive apartment with spacious rooms and well kept gardens and pool. There is a supermarket and restaurants just around the corner and the beach is a few minutes walk. There are also tennis courts close by. You will find the taxi rank and bus stops just around the corner from the apartment which enables you to travel in the direction of Marbella or Fuengirola.

Cleaning/laundry:
The apartment is cleaned before arrival and the linen/towels are changed weekly. An extra clean can be done for stays of 2 weeks or more at an additional fee.

Outside:
Terrace overlooking the garden and pool area with sea and mountain views. Bus stop and taxi rank close by.
La Cala de Mijas is 15 minutes stroll. La Cala town is very flat with golden sandy beaches and mountains behind.

Car needed/not needed:
A car is not needed here but is recommended for sightseeing trips.

5 minutes walk. Facilities include childrens play area, adult exercise equipment on the beach. Beach bars and restaurants.

Numerous courses along the coast. La Cala Golf, Miraflores, Siesta, Cabopino, are the nearest, many others within 30 minutes drive.

Other Activities:
The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is approximately 2 hours drive.
Horse riding and the hipodromo race course are in the hills.
Ice skating in Benalmadena is popular with Ice skating disco on saturday nights.

Distances/Location/Travel:
Malaga Airport is 30 minutes drive. Fuengirola is 15 minutes drive. Marbella is 20 minutes drive. Buses stop a few minutes from the apartment and take you to Marbella one way or Fuengirola in the other direction.
A train from Fuengirola stops all the way along the coast and to Malaga Airport and Malaga City Centre.

Further Details:
La Cala De Mijas is an up and coming village by the sea that has all you need for your spanish Holiday. Market days are Saturday and Wednesday from 9 am to 2 p.m. where you can buy lovely costume and silver jewelry, clothes, fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers and plants as well as crafts and pottery.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 25% of the total costs of the holiday is required with the full balance due 8 weeks before departure. A damage deposit of £100 on arrival is required which will be refunded upon return of the keys and confirmation of no damage or breakage.
