With automatic gates and private parking for two cars, the large secluded,
enclosed garden has a swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

2 with Sat TV. 1 with DVD, stereo, video, dinning area with table and
chairs.
• Terrace:
Upper terrace has dinning and lounge furniture, lower has dinning furniture
and pool side loungers.
Cleaning/laundry:
The villa is cleaned between lets. Maid service once a week when villa
is occupied with a weekly change of linen and towels. Beach towels are
not provided.
Outside:
Shops, bars and restaurants close by.
Parking:
Private for 2 cars.
Beach:
10 minutes drive.
Golf:
Los Naranjos and Aloha are the nearest with many others close by.
Distances/Location/Travel:
10 minutes drive to Puerto Banus. 15 minutes drive to Marbella.
Further Details:
Casa Angela sleeps 4 persons downstairs and 3 upstairs in 4 bedrooms
all air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms plus one shower room located
in the utility/gym area.
Each floor has its own very spacious lounge. Both lounges have Satellite
TV, one has DVD, stereo and video in addition.
Notes on accommodation:
The upper level has 2 bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, dining area, and
features a stunning wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the
mountains, perfect for al fresco dining.
The lower level has the utility/gym area, shower room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom
and a simple kitchen.
