If you are looking for the perfect Spanish apartment holiday you
are at the right place!! We have a lovely two bedroom apartment
well situated within the popular resort of Benalmadena on the
Costa Del Sol. We genuinely feel that this apartment ticks all
of the boxes for the perfect Spanish holiday. - NO CAR REQUIRED!
Please note this is a real home from home holiday if you want
to stay in you can, in real comfort - it can't be compared to
a single room hotel holiday that are always available. Once you
have stayed in Pueblo el Jardin you will not want to stay anywhere
else!!
The apartment is within a secure private residential development,
which will always ensure that you and your family/friends enjoy
a safe, quiet, comfortable holiday. The apartment is within walking
distance of the beach and has many local shops, bars and restaurants.

2nd has two single beds, chest of drawers. Range of fitted wardrobes.

Rooms: 2 sofas, air conditioning, TV, Satellite/Cable, English
Channels, DVD Player, HiFi, CD, Radio. The apartment benefits
from a flat panel TV with English channels, a modern DVD player
and Stereo. Door to terrace.

The apartment is cleaned before and after lets, a mid stay clean
can be arranged for a fee of 50 euros. Linen and towels are provided
but not beach or pool towels.

Shared Pool, Communal Garden, Tennis Court, BBQ, Parking, Garden
Chairs, Sun Loungers. The large pool is conveniently situated
across a very, very quiet road, so you are never disturbed by
any pool noise.

All just 5 minutes walk away. Town Centre is 7 to 10 minutes walk.
There are a good selection of restaurants and bars catering for
Spanish and international tastes.
Beach:
10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach.
Golf:
Benalmadena is perfectly situated for golf providing easy access
to all of the Costa Del Sol's golf courses. The 3 nearest courses
are: Torrequabrada Golf / Alhaurin Golf Club / Mijas Golf. There
are various package trips available via many operators, however,
in our experience it can often be more convenient and cheaper
to have your flights, accommodation and golf course/fees booked
individually.
Other Activities:
Amusement Park, Fishing, Golf, Horse Riding, Skiing, Surfing,
Swimming, Walking, Wind-Surfing, Tennis Club 5 minutes walk.
Distances/Location/Travel:
Local buses are available at the end of the road, which is 2 minutes
walk and will take you around town and to the beach front. From
there you can get buses to all towns along the coast. Malaga Airport
15 minutes drive. Arroyo de la Miel train station is 10 minutes
walk and the train goes to Malaga Airport and Malaga City centre
in one direction and Fuengirola in the other direction. Marbella
and Puerto Banus is 45 minutes drive.

Details:
Things to do: This apartment is perfectly situated within walking
distance of various parks, shops and restaurants - to suit all
tastes. Tivoli World is within very easy walking distance and
this is next to a fantastic cable car ride. There are various
water parks, again within walking distance. You can walk down
to the beach within 10-15 minutes (we recommend a taxi back!)
There is also a beautiful marina where there are many up market
bars and restaurants. Benalmadena has everything you could wish
for on a family holiday - NO CAR REQUIRED!!
Nightlife:
If you are looking for a holiday with lots of night life Benalmadena
is the perfect location. This apartment is situated far enough
away from the main nightlife area (20-30 minute walk) so there
are no noise or nuisance issues. However it is very accessible
if this is the sort of holiday that you are after. We would just
ask that you are quiet when you return to the apartment as there
are many residents who live permanently in the development. The
24 hour square really does live up to its name - there is no point
getting there until at least 12.30am!!Taxi's are always available
for this 5 minute drive! We recommend that you visit Marbella
and Puerto Banus, at least once, for even more fantastic nightlife!!!
Again, taxi's are always available for this 20 minute (approx)
trip!
Notes on

The apartment has a light airy feel and is in excellent
condition throughout a real home from home.
Smoking on the terrace only. No Pets. No Wheelchair Access.

Balance:
The
remainder of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
PRICES JUST REDUCED BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT!! Once
we have agreed your booking we will require you flight numbers
and flight times ASAP. We will also require all of the guests
details along with your home address and contact information.
Once we have received this information the booking deposit is
then required. If we do not have the deposit within a week of
the above confirmation (unless otherwise agreed) the property
will be made re-available. We aim to be as professional as possible
to ensure your holiday goes exactly to plan. Guests usually check
in at 4pm - departure by 10am. (These arrangements are normally
flexible) There is a 50 Euro cleaning and laundry charge - this
amount needs to be left in the apartment upon departure. Damage
deposit refunded when keys are returned and we have confirmation
apartment is left in a satisfactory condition.
