Description of accommodation and community:
Apartments in this complex are in high demand because of its tranquility and standard of cliental. It is a haven in Benalmadena. Close to everything but tranquil inside. The complex has two swimming pools with security and is over the road from Paloma Park, close to Arroyo de la miel, the beach and all local transport services. The Marina at Benalmadena is a delight to see with many beaches and watersports at hand.

Accessibility:
The apartment is not suitable for the less mobile.

• Bedrooms: 1st has double bed, 2nd has twin beds.

• Bathrooms: Bath with shower over, WC, bidet, wash basin.

• Kitchen: Hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

• Air Conditioning/Heating/Fans: Hot and cold air conditioning, room fans.

• Garden: Communal with BBQ and planted with flowers.

• Pool: 2 adult communal with shallow end.

• Other: The balcony is large and has views of the mountain, it is the main dining area.

Towels and linen are included.

Outside:
The complex is designed as a little Spanish pueblo all white with flowers and the pool and BBQ areas are just wonderful. Spacious enclosed gardens. This is a secure gated complex.

On street parking.

Shops, restaurants, bars:
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops and cash points are just 5 minutes walk.

Beach:
Beach is a 10 minute walk away.

Golf:
Torrequebrada Golf Course is 10 minutes drive. Many golf courses to choose from in the close vicinity (transport is required). There is a local bus that goes to the golf course that stops nearby the apartment.

Other Activities:
The Sierra Nevada - a skiing resort in winter is only a 2 hour drive away.
Watersports - paragliding, jet skies, water skiing etc. The Paloma Park is a delight for children with play area. A local market twice a week.
Marina has boat and fishing trips and is 25 minute walk or 5 minutes on the bus.

Distances/Location/Travel:
Malaga Airport is only 20 minutes away and car hire is available. Collection can be arranged.
The nearest town Arroyo de la Miel is a 5 minute walk away.
Bus stops to all towns along the coast are 10 minutes walk.
Taxi rank 10 minutes walk.

Further Details:
Local indoor swimming pool, gym and ice skating rink is a 5 minute walk away.

Notes on accommodation:
The apartment is light and airy, modern and a few steps away from the swimming pool. It has a large balcony and dining area. Across the road is the lovely Paloma Park.

Changeover Day:
Arrival dates are flexible. The apartment is ready by 2.00 p.m. on arrival and guests are required to depart by 11.00 am on departure.

January to February – £200 – 300 euros

March to May – £250 – 350 euros

June – £300 – 450 euros

July to September – £350 – 500 euros

October – £250 – 350 euros

November to December – £200 – 300 euros

Discounts/Special Offers:
A long winter break (minimum 3 weeks) would be 800 euros per month or £550.
