This apartment is approximately 6 minutes walking distance to the coastal village of La Cala de Mijas, with views of the golf course El Chaparal.

Description of accommodation and community:
La Cala town is very flat with golden sandy beaches and mountains behind. There is a tennis club and lawn bowls close by and horse riding and the hipodromo race course in the hills. The town and surrounding area have good range of restaurants and bars.

• Bathrooms: Walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin.

Cleaning/laundry:
Maid service and a change of linen and towels are provided weekly and are included in the price. Beach towels are not provided.

El Chaparal and La Noria are close by, La Cala is 5 minutes drive.

Further Details:
La Cala De Mijas is an up and coming village by the sea that has all you need for your spanish Holiday. Market days are Saturday and Wednesday from 9 am to 2 p.m. where you can buy lovely costume and silver jewelry, clothes, fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers and plants as well as crafts and pottery.

Notes on accommodation:
The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor. The pool area is at the rear of the building and 2 floors down. Fans are provided for summer and heaters for winter.

Changeover Day:
Saturday but can be flexible on request.
