Available for rental the whole year round we have this beautiful and excellently situated 1 bedroom corner apartment within the ever popular Jupiter Apartment Complex.

This apartment is positioned on the lower level of the ground floor thus being conveniently near enough to the entrance and reception areas but not too close so as to be on top of all of the hustle and bustle of other guests comings and goings. The apartment is connected to the reception area via a small set of stairs & lifts making it an ideal location for those with mobility difficulties.

Accommodation:
• Bedrooms: 2 single beds.

• Bathrooms: Bath with shower over, toilet, wash basin.

• Kitchen: 2 ring hob, table top oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine.

• Living Rooms: Sofa bed, Sat TV, table and 4 chairs.

• Terrace: Table and chairs.

Cleaning/laundry:
For the rental period the apartment comes with clean bed linen and bathroom towels. Please bring your own towels for the pool or Beach use.

Outside:
The Jupiter Complex is central to the tourist hot spot of Benalmadena Costa and within close proximity (a 10 minute walk) to the Beach. It is also adjacent to the ever popular Bonanza Square. The Square is packed full of bars and restaurants and is highly popular with young and old alike looking for entertainment and quality night life.

Car not needed.

Parking:
There are ample parking spaces for those with hire cars whilst a taxi rank is located directly outside the complex.

Beach:
5 minutes walk.

Golf:
Torrequebrada Golf Course is 10 minutes drive.

Distances/Location/Travel:
Malaga Airport is 15 minutes drive, Benalmadena marina 15 minutes walk, train station 15 minutes walk. The train goes to Fuengirola one way and in the other direction to Malaga City, calling at the airport on the way.

Further Details:
All residents of the Jupiter Complex receive passes allowing them to use the exclusive giant sized swimming pool. The ever popular grand pool is among the most coveted in the Benalmadena area. The main pool has several water slides whilst it also has a separate smaller pool area for the younger children. The pool area is only accessible to residents of the Minerva and Jupiter apartment complex. It is situated within beautifully kept gardens and has the luxury of an all day restaurant serving drinks and food.

Notes on accommodation:
The Jupiter complex also has an in house refreshments outlet and an internet access area. The Main Reception area is fully operational day and night. Safe deposit boxes can also be hired for the duration of your stay.

Changeover Day:
Summer season bookings are to commence at weekends only with a Saturday changeover day being the preferred choice. Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and to be vacated by 10.30am on departure day unless otherwise agreed.
