The beach is 600 metres. Supermarket and shops are a short stroll taking about 5 to 10 minutes. Car not necessary.

Description of accommodation and community:
Villa Annabel is a comfortable, well equipped villa, furnished mostly in traditional Andalucian style and enclosed in a secluded garden and with its own 14 metre swimming pool, wireless broadband internet, enclosed log burning fire for winter.

Accommodation:

• ENTRANCE HALL leading to spacious LOUNGE/DINING ROOM with Stereo flat screen TV, DVD player, SKY satellite TV, stereo CD/radio, fully functioning log burning enclosed fire and double doors on to the SHADED TERRACE.

• Bedrooms: Master - ornate Andalucian double bed, en-suite bathroom, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms - twin beds in each, 4th bedroom - twin beds with separate shower room.

• Bathrooms: En-suite to master bedroom, 2nd bathroom, shower room to 4th bedroom and a guest toilet.

• KITCHEN, which was the subject of total a refurbishment including new equipment during January and February 2008. There is a door to an outside enclosed patio suitable for drying laundry. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, gas oven, hob, microwave.

• Utility Room: Patio area from kitchen suitable for drying laundry

• Living Rooms: Wide/flat-screen stereo TV, Sky satellite system, DVD, CD/radio, open fireplace, double doors to shaded terrace.

• Terrace: Large terrace with lighting, furniture, BBQ.

• Garden: Beautiful landscaped garden.

• Pool: Private 14 metre swimming pool.

Cleaning/laundry:
Villa Annabel is thoroughly cleaned by maids before each new arrival of visitors. Twice weekly maid service of the villa, together with pool and garden service. The staff are employed all year round with the villa being kept in good order at all times. Baby-sitting and extra maid service is available on request at an additional cost.

Outside:
The villa is located in a prestigious residential area, on a palm-fringed road leading to the Atalaya Park Hotel (4 star) with all its facilities, several good restaurants, day time attractions for the children, shops and night time entertainment are all close by and the beach just 600 meters away. The local supermarkets, shops and numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Car not necessary.

On street parking.

Shops, restaurants, bars:
The local supermarket and shops are a short stroll taking about 5 to 10 minutes.

Beach:
600 meters.

Golf:
Several courses close by. Numerous courses within an hours drive.

Other Activities:
The Sierra Nevada is 2 hours drive away.
Enjoy a day at the races at the Hipodromo Race Course in Mijas which is 45 minutes drive.

Distances/Location/Travel:
San Pedro is 2 Km away, Puerto Banus 6 Km and Marbella 8 Km, each has a beach, shopping centre and night time attractions. Malaga Airport is about an hour’s drive away. Also very close to the villa are some of the best golf courses in Europe.

Further Details:
Villa Annabel has wireless broadband internet connection enabled. THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE VILLA IS 8 PERSONS + baby in supplied cot. The wood burning stove in the fireplace in the lounge gives out plenty of heat and a cosy feel to the room. There is also a Calor Gas heater for winter and free standing fans for summer.

Notes on accommodation:
Villa Annabel’s garden is well stocked with flowers and plants. One side of the garden overlooks a valley leading to the Guadalmina Golf Hotel. A covered sun terrace runs along the length of the villa with a barbecue terrace equipped with furniture and lighting, enabling evening dining and entertaining.

Changeover Day:
Saturday in high season.

Prices/Rental Period:
Prices are per week

May and June – £1760

July and August – £2090

September – £1760

October – £1320

All Other Times – £1100

Special Offer: Winter short term rentals from November 2009 to end of March 2010 the price is reduced to £825 per week.

Booking Notes:
A non-returnable deposit of £385 per week booked is required to secure your dates. This will be applied to the balance of the rent due which is required ten weeks prior to your departure. If you are booking less than ten weeks before your departure, full payment will be required. A returnable deposit of £550 is required payable with the final balance, against breakage’s and damage.

Once the villa has been firmly booked and rent paid in full, it is not returnable, therefore it is strongly recommended that you take out comprehensive travel insurance for each person in your party so you may claim for expenses such as loss of flights, accidents and medical fees from your insurance company in the event of some catastrophe, as I will not be liable for any losses, howsoever caused. Please note that whilst you are guests at the villa, you and your belongings are not insured by me. In booking the villa you agree to be liable for all your own costs howsoever incurred.

I am able to offer a car hire service with a leading rental company on the coast and airport collections/delivery can be arranged on request.
