Available for rental the whole year round we have this beautiful and excellently situated studio apartment within the ever popular Minerva Apartment Complex.

The studio apartment is positioned at the end of the first floor corridor thus being conveniently near enough to the entrance and reception areas but not too close so as to be on top of all of the hustle and bustle of other guests comings and goings.

Accommodation:
• Bedrooms: Double bed in studio area (2 singles can be installed on request).

• Bathrooms: Bath with shower over, toilet, washbasin.

• Kitchen: Hob, oven fridge, microwave toaster, kettle.

• Living Rooms: Dining table and 2 chairs, Sat TV.

• Terrace: Balcony has table and 2 chairs, afternoon sun with town and part sea views.

Cleaning/laundry:
For the rental period the apartment comes with clean bed linen and bathroom towels. Please bring your own towels for the pool or Beach use.

Outside:
The Minerva Complex is central to the tourist hot spot of Benalmadena Costa. It is also adjacent to the ever popular Bonanza Square. The Square is packed full of bars and restaurants and is highly popular with young and old alike looking for entertainment and quality night life. A taxi rank is directly outside the complex.

Beach:
5 minutes walk.

Golf:
Torrequebrada Golf Course is 10 minutes drive.

Distances/Location/Travel:
Malaga Airport is 15 minutes drive, Benalmadena marina 15 minutes walk, train station 15 minutes walk. The train goes to Fuengirola one way and in the other direction to Malaga City, calling at the airport on the way.

Further Details:
All residents of the Minerva Complex receive passes allowing them to use the exclusive giant sized swimming pool. The ever popular grand pool is among the most coveted in the Benalmadena area. The main pool has several water slides whilst it also has a separate smaller pool area for the younger children. The pool area is only accessible to residents of the Minerva and Jupiter apartment complex. It is situated within beautifully kept gardens and has the luxury of an all day restaurant serving drinks and food.

Notes on accommodation:
The Minerva complex has an in house Hairdressers, multi functional Gymnasium and a Refreshments outlet. The Main Reception area is fully operational day and night and for all residents offers an internet service. Safe deposits boxes can also be hired for the
duration of your stay.

Changeover Day:
Summer season bookings are to commence at weekends only with a Saturday changeover day being the preferred choice. Apartment is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and to be vacated by 10.30 am on departure day unless otherwise agreed.
