We have a stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment in the exclusive La Cala Hills complex. This apartment is situated on the ground floor of the Phase 1 Block so it's safe to assume it was one of the first to be built thus ensuring it's terrace views are nothing short of breath taking.

The owners have furnished the apartment to an equally high standard with a no expense spared attitude. A magnificent dining table sits in the spacious dining area with a luxurious 3 piece suite in the adjoining lounge area. The apartment is also equipped with satellite television and has hot and cold air conditioning throughout.

Accommodation:
• Bedrooms: Master - double bed, en-suite, 2nd and 3rd - twin beds in each.

• Bathrooms: Both have bath with shower over, bidet, toilet, washbasin.

• Kitchen: Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher.

• Utility Room: Washing machine.

• Living Rooms: 3 sofas, dining table and 6 chairs, Sat TV, hot/cold air conditioning throughout.

• Terrace: Table and 6 chairs.

Cleaning/laundry:
All prices include a welcome pack of bed linen and bath towels. A replacement set will be left at the apartment for use at your own discretion.

Outside:
The complex benefits from a 24 hour security guard who operates a secure gated entrance area.

Parking:
Secure underground parking plus spaces outside.

Beach:
3 kilometers.

Golf:
La Cala Hills is situated in the middle of ‘golf heaven’ with a number of courses within close proximity. Please ask us for details. We can obtain discounts for group bookings.

Distances/Location/Travel:
The apartment is situated approx. 30 minutes from Malaga Airport and 20 minutes from the ever glamorous Marbella and Puerto Banus. More locally the La Cala resort is a mere 5 minutes away whilst the lively resort of Fuengirola is towards the coast and also only 5 minutes away. Activities close by include Mijas Water Park, Tivoli World and Sea World in Benalmadena. Where ever you go you are sure to find an abundance of nightlife with the many bars restaurants and nightclubs.

Further Details:
It is suggested a car is required to make your stay a little easier. However if you prefer complete relaxation the local taxis are of course available at all times.

Notes on accommodation:
The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning throughout. The resort offers both tranquillity and space. Given its central location and top class facilities this in our opinion is one of the best complex’s on the costa del sol. You’ll not be disappointed. There are several pool areas for your use. There are a mixture of adult and children's pools which are protected by life guard's in the high season. These pools are situated within the tropical gardens which are all surrounded by stunning landscaped views.
