Description
of accommodation and community:
This ground floor apartment has lovely views over the valley and
to the mountains beyond. The apartment has two bathrooms and is
well equipped. It is beautifully furnished with independently
controlled hot and cold air conditioning, phone entry system and
underground parking.
The gardens
are beautifully kept and spacious. They have paddling pools, Jacuzzis'
and 5 large attractive pools all around the complex enabling you
to catch the sun whatever the time of day or year. The complex
has 24 hour security with gated entrances.

1 has double bed, en-suite bathroom, doors to terrace, 2nd has
twin beds, both have fitted wardrobes.

Both have bath with shower over, toilet, bidet, washbasin.

Fully fitted with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster,
kettle.
Living
Rooms: Large sofa, Sat TV, dinning table, 6 chairs.

Conditioning/Heating/Fans: Hot and cold air conditioning with
independent room controls.

Cleaning/laundry:
The apartment is cleaned before and after lets, a mid stay clean
can be arranged for a fee of 60 euros. Linen and towels are provided
but not beach or pool towels.
Outside:
This urbanisation is built to a high standard has well lit pathways
and is surrounded by lovely tropical gardens. There are an abundance
of community pools and jacuzzis to choose from.
There is a bar/restaurant next door to the mini market just 5
minutes walk from the apartment. The complex is situated within
easy traveling distance of the local airport, Marbella centre,
beaches and golf courses
Car needed/not
needed:
Car is needed to fully appreciate the surrounding area. We can
book a Car Hire for you. Please see the Further Details section
for Rent A Car. If you like sightseeing then this apartment is
in the ideal spot as it is central to the Costa del Sol. Cadiz
is 2 and a half hours drive in one direction and Nerja is just
over a 1 hour drive in the other. Popular tourist village's and
City's are all within 2 hours drive. See under travel for more
details.
If you prefer not to drive and you like to relax by the pool in
beautiful surroundings you can choose a different pool every 5
days.
Parking:
Outside the apartment and one garage space underground with lift
to all floors.
Shops,
restaurants, bars:
Market and Andy's Bar 5 mins walk.
24 hour supermarket 3 minutes drive. Restaurants, bars and bank
are 3 minutes drive.
Beach:
Las Chapas and Cabopino are the nearest beaches more easily accessed
by car but can also be accessed on foot. Many other beautiful
beaches within a short drive.
Cabopino is well sheltered and protected from the elements, and
artificial reefs on either side of the beach keep the waves and
wind at bay. Lifeguards - on duty throughout the summer - combined
with the beach's gentle slope into the sea, make Cabopino child-friendly
and safe. The sand is well maintained and clean. The port is picturesque
and surrounded by lovely restaurants serving a variety food from
around the world.
Las Chapas and Marbessa beach (5 minutes drive) with choice of
beach bars available.
Cabopino beach (10 minutes drive).
Trendy Elviria beach 7 minutes drive.
There are numerous other beaches within easy reach.
Golf:
The apartment is situated heart of golf district with several
Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive and numerous others within
1 hours drive. La Reserva is situated next to Cabopino Golf.
Nearby golf courses, with discounted rates.
Santana, El Chapparal, La Noria, Santa Maria, Miraflores and La
Cala, Marbella Golf, Santa Clara and Rio Real.
Other Activities:
Skiing is available from Oct to March in the Sierra Nevada Mountain
range, approximately 2 hours drive from the apartment.
30 minutes to mountain walks in the Sierra de Nieves.
Horse-riding nearby.
North Africa is accessible in a day you can take a tour to enjoy
the delights of the Kasbar, African culture and sample the food.

A car is recommended to make the most of the many attractions
within a close proximity.

Details:
Rent A Car.
This car hire company will deliver to the airport, collect you
there and take you to your car in the carpark. They will show
you round the car and the controls and show you how to fit the
child seat. You will not have to wait for your car.
Alternatively they will deliver to your apartment free for the
first 25 KMs. There after a small charge will be made.
To have a car delivered to your apartment in Las Chapas the price

Notes on
accommodation:
There are lovely views from the master bedroom, lounge and terrace
over the valley and to the mountains beyond. Gated entrance to
block with entry phone. Pool areas have changing rooms and toilets.

A deposit of 25% of the total costs of the holiday is required
with the full balance due 8 weeks before departure. A damage deposit
of £100 is required which will be refunded upon return of
