Located just west of Marbella before the small town of San Pedro. Puerto Banus / Marbella and the whole of Costa del Sol welcomes millions of tourists each year in search of something unique. An exceptional golfing holiday or perhaps just enjoying the entertainment in the Costa del Sol. At night Puerto Banus comes alive with all the designer shops, bars and restaurants.

Booking Notes:
A non-returnable deposit of 40 percent is required to secure your dates. This will be applied to the balance of the rent due which is required ten weeks prior to your departure. If you are booking less than 12 weeks before your departure, full payment will be required. A returnable deposit of £300 is required payable with the final balance, against breakage’s and damage.
Once the apartment has been firmly booked and rent paid in full, it is not returnable, therefore it is strongly recommended that you take out comprehensive travel insurance for each person in your party so you may claim for expenses such as loss of flights, accidents and medical fees from your insurance company in the event of some catastrophe, as I will not be liable for any losses, howsoever caused. Please note that whilst you are guests at the apartment, you and your belongings are not insured by me. In booking the apartment you agree to be liable for all your own costs howsoever incurred.
